Last updated: July 2026. This policy explains what ColorBookLabs collects when you make a custom printed coloring book from your photos, how we use it, and how to have it deleted.
Photos you choose to upload, your contact details (such as email, name, phone number and shipping address) — including details you enter into our checkout form before you place an order, so we can price and prepare it and help you finish later — payment information handled by our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers), and standard usage data such as pages visited and device type, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
To create, print, and ship your products; to send you your preview and order updates; to operate, improve, and secure our website; and to measure our marketing. We do not sell your personal information.
We use analytics and advertising cookies to understand how the site is used and to measure our ads. You can limit tracking through your browser settings and industry opt-out tools such as aboutads.info.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate — such as cloud hosting, image processing, payment processing, printing and shipping partners, email delivery, and analytics providers — and only what each needs to perform its service, or where required by law.
We keep your content so you can access and re-order your projects. You can request deletion of your photos, projects, and personal data at any time by emailing us.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. To exercise them, email hello@colorbooklabs.com.
Our service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Photos you choose to upload are treated as your content and used only to create your product.
